What this policy covers

This policy explains what information FORTIFY collects — both through this website (fortifyaclprevention.netlify.app) and the FORTIFY mobile app — why it's collected, and how it's stored.

Information we collect

The only place this website collects personal information is the ambassador interest form. If you submit that form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your school or club name
• Your role (player, coach, parent, athletic trainer/PT, or other)

We don't use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party advertising or analytics tools on this site. Browsing the site without submitting the form doesn't send us any personal information.

How we use it

Information submitted through the ambassador form is used only to:

• Follow up with you personally about bringing FORTIFY to your team
• Understand who's interested in the program, to help guide what FORTIFY builds next

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or other third parties. We do not send marketing emails beyond direct, personal follow-up about the ambassador program itself.

Where your data is stored

Form submissions are stored using Supabase, a third-party database provider. Data is protected so that it can only be viewed through FORTIFY's private, password-protected dashboard — it is not publicly accessible or readable by other website visitors.

Your choices

You can ask to have your information deleted at any time by emailing [email protected] — just let us know the name or email you signed up with, and it will be removed.

Information we collect

When you use the app, we collect:

• Account: your email address and the name you enter
• Profile: the role you pick (individual player, team player, or coach), your soccer position, and the training days per week you choose
• Team info: if you're a coach, your team's name and team code — if you're a team player, the team code you use to join
• Training history: which exercises and sessions you've completed, when, and which week of the program you're on

How your data is used

• Only to run the app. Your training history powers your Progress tab, streak, and calendar. Your profile powers your training schedule and role.
• Coach visibility: if you join a coach's team using a team code, that coach can see your name, position, current week, and how many sessions you've completed. Coaches cannot see individual exercise details. If you'd rather a coach not see this, use FORTIFY as an individual player instead, or leave the team from Settings.
• No one else can see your training history — not other players, not the public, no advertisers, no data brokers.

Where and how your data is stored

App data is stored on our secure backend provider, Supabase, in the United States. Row-level security policies enforce that you can only read and change your own data, and coaches can only see the players who joined their own team.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, we schedule local reminders on your training days at 8:00 AM in your local time zone. These notifications are generated on your device — we don't send push notifications from our servers.

Your rights

• Change any of your profile at any time from the Edit Profile screen in the app.
• Delete your account and all data from More → Delete Account. This removes your profile, training history, and any team you own from our database. This action cannot be undone.
• Email us at [email protected] if you need help or want to request a manual data deletion.

Children's privacy

FORTIFY is built for youth soccer, so many users — on both the website and the app — are under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe someone under 13 has submitted information to us, email [email protected] and it will be deleted.

If you are under 18, we recommend using the app with a parent or guardian's knowledge, and consulting a physical therapist or physician before starting the program.

Changes to this policy

As FORTIFY grows, this policy may be updated to reflect new features or data practices. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
